Bearcat Baked

Bearcat Baked is a new concept showcasing a bakery and specialty coffee program conceptualized by Bearcat Alums Pastry Chef Catalina Colby-Pariseau and Coffee Roaster Michael Matthews of Alinea Coffee Roasters. We aim to provide a quick-service bakery and coffee-house style-environment, while providing some Bearcat staples along with some new looks.
